Details: 

I. New Zealand Deliveries
All orders within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via NZ Post of NZ Couriers. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods, Private Bags, or non-physical addresses. Manuka Royale reserves the right to alter the method of delivery without notice.

II. Authority to Leave
Some parcels may be sent with "signature required" and strongly recommend that someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present at delivery, a "card to call" will be left by the courier to contact them to arrange re-delivery. An Authority to Leave (ATL) may be provided if no one is present to receive your delivery. If permission is given to leave the parcel without a signature, please note this in your order comments at checkout.

III. International Deliveries
We ship worldwide, with the NZ Post. Delivery times will vary based on local markets, but all shipments will be ideally delivered within 10-15 working days. Some countries can only be sent by International Air, often without tracking services and may require 20 working days. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

IV. Import Duties & Taxes
For orders delivering outside of New Zealand, customers and import regulations vary between countries. Please check that the items ordered are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. We are not responsible for refund or replacement of any items or costs related to or resulting from the confiscation of any goods by customs or regulatory bodies.

V. Risk & Responsibility
Manuka Royale does not take responsibility for delays in delivery once parcels have been passed to the courier. We will do our best to assist with delivery issues when possible.

Returns

 1. Return Eligibility:

I. We provide to our user a 30-day money-back guarantee. In order to apply for return under the 30-day money-back guarantee, you will have to fill out the return/refund form by entering your order number and billing postal code. The return and refund(s) will only be provided for unused and undamaged products packed in the manner at the time of initial delivery of the products. If the products have been used and damaged before it reaches to our facility, then we shall offer no return and refund on the said product. The products should be in the original condition as they were at the time of delivery in order to be eligible for the return and refund.

II. All requests for refund should be provided to us by completing the return form.

III. We provide the refund/return using the same means of payment as the user used to pay unless the user expressly agrees otherwise.

2. Processing timeline:

Within 14 business days of the date of return form receipt, we shall contact the user to request further information (if required) and the user shall provide such information as soon as reasonably practicable but, in any case, no later than 30 days following such request. The full amount will be refunded, including the product price, shipping fee and handling fee, etc. the fund of the return amount will be credited back to the source of payment.

3. Cancelling an order:

I. Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order; therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled.

II. To request the cancellation of a pre-ordered product, please contact us. Please note, you will not be charged for a pre-order until it ships.

4. Miscellaneous:

I. Any charges, which arise upon processing refund/return, shall be borne solely by the user. Such charges will be deducted from the final amount of refund/return.

II. This refund policy will be amended from time to time if there is any change in the legislation. Terms and conditions of the refund policy are subject to change by us and, in the case of any amendments, we will make an appropriate announcement. The changes will apply after we have given notice.

If the user does not wish to accept the revised refund and return policy, he/she should not continue to use our services. If the user continues to use the services after the date on which the change comes into effect, his/her use of the services will be bound by the new refund policy and return.
