Autumn is finally here, so what better way to celebrate the season than with a Pumpkin Spice Latte gently sweetened with Manuka Royale Manuka Honey while you cosy up in front of the fireplace?
200g heavy whipping cream
650g milk of choice
1 teaspoon MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey
1 cm fresh, peeled ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus a bit to garnish)
1 pinch ground nutmeg
- In a bowl, whip the whipping cream until desired stiffness is achieved and refrigerate until needed;
- Finely chop the pumpkin (with the help of an electric chopper if needed);
- Put milk, pumpkin, MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a pot and warm up, mixing, till the mixture is warm but not boiling;
- Divide the milk between 4 mugs, top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon;
- Enjoy a moment of pure pleasure!
