TRUFFLE HONEY MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
1 Kg potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of milk
30g butter at room temperature
1 pinch grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey
PREPARATION
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until JUST fork-tender
- While the potatoes are boiling, warm up a cup of milk (not boiling)
- Drain potatoes and mashthem with a potato masher until smooth
- Add the warm milk, the butter, the nutmeg and a teaspoon of MANUKA ROYALE Truffle Honey to the potatoes and beat untill smooth.
